Barbadian all-rounder, Kyle Mayers has thrown his support behind the West Indies batsmen to do well in Bangladesh.
The all-rounder said “I think the bowling department is a little bit inexperienced and the batting to me is very good. I’ve played with these guys in the A-team series so these guys are accustomed to playing with each other so I think bowling is going to be the most difficult part for us.
Mayers, who is on the cusp of making his debut for West Indies in both 50-overs and Tests as they prepare to play Bangladesh in three One Day Internationals and two Tests made the statements yesterday. Should Mayers make his debut, he would be fulfilling his childhood dream.
